Our homemade bucket air conditioner works off of your 12 volt cigarette lighter and is great for vehicles with broken air conditioners. Although this doesn't work as well as a factory air conditioner this is better than no AC at all in a hot car. We make this unit by hand and the bucket is included for convenience. You can fill the bucket with ICE or freeze 2 two liter soda bottles and drop those in the bucket. I prefer using the ICE as it will work better.

Just using ice is colder but doesn't last as long it blows anywhere from 60 to 65 continuous for about 4 to 5 hours max. The frozen 2 liter bottles only blows out 68 to 70 degrees but with 2 bottles and a little water in the bottom of the bucket that can last from 5 to 7 hours.
